With a passion for helping people fulfill their dreams of becoming homeowners and ranking in the top 1% in the nation as recognized by Mortgage Industry magazine Scotsman’s Guide, John has excelled when it comes to meeting any homebuyer’s needs.
His career began in 1997 when John joined the Capital team after graduating from Michigan State University. He started as a mortgage loan originator and has since become Vice President/Team leader. John’s expertise involves all aspects of a homebuyer situation including analyzing income, debt, and what the homebuyer is trying to qualify for. He will forever go above and beyond for his clients so he can guarantee that they will end up in the home of their dreams.
When John isn’t in the office he prefers to be outside and spending time with his family. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, playing basketball, and traveling. Not only does this allow him to stay active but it also gives him time to spend with the people he loves.
John is very passionate about his work and his success comes from far more than his reputation. The time and effort he has put into the industry have not gone unnoticed and John has been recognized for his job well done.
