Capital Mortgage Funding at CMG Home Loans was founded in the Spring of 1992. From the beginning, we have been proving ourselves as a leader in the mortgage banking industry. In fact, we are now one of the largest independently owned Mortgage banking firms in Southeast Michigan.

Our story starts with you! At Capital Mortgage Funding at CMG Home Loans, we believe there’s much more to the mortgage process than numbers and dollar signs. Since our inception in the spring of 1992, we’ve been thriving off our relationship-driven process. Co-founders, Harry Glanz and Dan Burke, built this business with a common goal in mind; to help families all across Michigan achieve their dreams of homeownership. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of families across the country finance the homes they deserve.
As one of the largest residential mortgage companies in southeast Michigan, we find responsibility in making sure every client we meet, purchase or refinance, has the proper tools and support to get them to the finish line.
